Job Description: We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our dynamic team as a School-Based Virtual SLP. In this role, you will deliver high-quality virtual therapy services to students in North Carolina schools, focusing on addressing their speech and language needs and fostering their educational success.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive virtual assessments to evaluate students' speech and language abilities.
• Develop customized therapy plans tailored to each student's communication goals and individual needs.
• Implement engaging and evidence-based virtual therapy sessions to enhance students' speech and language skills.
• Collaborate effectively with educators, parents, and other professionals to support students' overall communication development.
• Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions and student progress and communicate effectively with school staff as required.

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Current licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in North Carolina.
• Preference for Certification of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP).
• Demonstrated experience working as an SLP in a school setting, with a minimum of 2years preferred.
• Proficiency in conducting virtual therapy sessions and utilizing telepractice platforms effectively.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaborative skills.
• Genuine passion for working with students and helping them achieve their communication and academic goals.
